DIYers designing websites. There's also a host of DIY website design
software available free. You have to decide whether you want a professional
web presence or an amateurish one.

You need someone who understands communication, marketing and
graphic design with several years experience on the internet. It isn't necessary
to use all the latest flashy techniques just because you can. They don't impress.
In most cases they annoy.

I believe a site should communicate, load quickly, be precise and to the point.
